Scope of the warranty
Our cleaning guarantee covers the entire range of cleaning services we offer, including everything from regular home cleaning to thorough moving cleaning. We guarantee that all our cleaning jobs are carried out to the highest possible standard and with a complete commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This comprehensive guarantee is your assurance that every aspect of our work meets your expectations.
Besiktningsprocessen
Efter att städningen är slutförd kan en kommunal inspektion genomföras för att verifiera kvaliteten på vårt arbete. Om denna inspektion identifierar eventuella städfel, kommer vi att skicka ett team för att korrigera dessa utan extra kostnad för kunden.
Time frame for complaints and actions
We highly value your cooperation to ensure that our cleaning services are of the highest possible quality. We ask that you inform us of the results of the municipal inspection within 24 hours of its completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This time frame is essential for us to be able to deal with and fix any problems effectively. If you discover any cleaning errors and choose to fix them yourself without first contacting us, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation.
Exceptions to the warranty
Our warranty policy does not cover situations where problems after cleaning are due to normal wear and tear or if the property has been abused after our intervention. It also does not apply to areas that are not included in the agreed cleaning assignment. If there are older parts of the property that look unclean due to their age and wear and tear, this also falls outside our cleaning guarantee.
